Hi, I’m Andy and I’m a PGDip qualified counsellor (MBACP) based in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire working in person and online. Looking for help when we’re feeling low can be very stressful to say the least. I aim to make it more straight-forward by giving you as much information as you need to make an informed decision about what’s best for you.
I offer 60 minute counselling sessions for £50, currently working from the Sage Therapy Centre. I also offer single-session therapy for those with a specific issue in mind or on a limited budget.
I am open to working with anyone, however my strengths are in supporting people with low self-esteem and low self worth to feel better about themselves. I also offer more specialist support to men with infertility and parents who are struggling with the behaviour of their children. I have undergone specialist training in these areas and am ready to help whenever these are the main presenting issues for clients. If home schooling and isolation have been getting too much I could be just the right person to help.

It might feel like everything’s always our fault, but is that really the case? I believe that through accepting ourselves we can begin to feel more of a valued individual. This also helps us to feel less judged and comfortable around others. It’s amazing how our relationships with other people can improve once we’ve spent time on ourselves. I offer a non-judgemental counselling approach based in Nottinghamshire that gives you the freedom to come as you are, whatever might be going on for you.

For face to face work I work in South Nottinghamshire.
The Introductory session is £40. The reason for this is explained in my blog.
Pricing for 60 minute individual sessions is £50 but please get in touch if you require a concessional rate.
